The living/dining area measures almost 28 by 16 feet, which gives you so many options for configuring your furniture and making the coziest home possible.

Pine Creek Village is about as carefree as you can get, and this unit in particular has some nice flourishes that the owners have added to enhance the home.

Condo Fee

The $245 condo fee at Pine Creek Village covers:


  • All exterior maintenance of the house, including the siding and roof.  The siding is power-washed every 3 years.  Any damaged roof shingles are replaced (but see the Condo Documents for information about ice dams).


  • Landscaping.  All plantings and lawns are maintained by the Association.  There is an irrigation system that is served by the private community well, and the cost of servicing the well is included.  (The potable water for each unit is supplied by Pennichuck Water and is not part of the condo fee.)


  • Sewer.  The unit has an individual holding tank, which pumps to a larger community holding tank, and then flows into a community leach field.  The individual holding tank is inspected every year and the filter changed if necessary; and it is pumped every two years.


  • Road maintenance and snow plowing.  Roads and driveways up to the steps undergo routine snow removal; steps can also be shoveled for an additional fee.  Snow removal does not include rear patios or decks.


  • Seal-coating driveways when necessary.


  • Trash removal.


  • Recreational activities.  The Association has three large events each year, and there are other opportunities for social activity and interaction, all covered by the condo fee.
