I found Greg when I contacted him about a condo he was selling, and found out it was already under contract. Greg offered to show me some similar units in the area, which he did the very next day. I was so impressed with his responsiveness and helpfulness in understanding the first-time homebuying process that I asked him to be my buyer's agent. I'm a young guy and buying a home was the most significant financial decision I've made in my life, but Greg made it stress-free. Greg went above and beyond my expectations every step of the way. When I looked at a condo, but briefly made an off-hand comment that I thought the heating costs might be too much, Greg on his own initiative contacted the seller and got a monthly average of all the utility costs over the last two years for that unit, and the other one I had looked at that day. I was able to send Greg emails after dinner and he would respond right away. At the home inspection, some repairs that would need to be made came to light, and Greg was very quickly able to get the seller to knock off the couple thousand from the sales price necessary to make those repairs. He did things I would never have thought of, like contacting the utilities at the condo I eventually would buy so I could switch over the utilities right away. I actually feel like the value of the work and effort Greg put into my home-buying process over these several months probably exceeded the cut of the seller's agent's commission he will get for helping me with finding a home, it was just that stellar. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for an agent. If I ever know anyone else looking to buy a home in this area, I will 100% recommend Greg to them. 11 out of 10 gold stars.

Greg Powers is likely one of the most patient and honest real estate professionals out there. We had initially contacted Greg so we could gain an idea as to how much our home would be worth. We had no intentions of immediately selling but knew that as our family was growing and decided to see where we stood in comparison to the market. Over the next year or so, Greg checked in here and there and kept us in the loop with how the real estate market was doing. Fast forward to September 2015, we decided it was time to start looking at what was out there. We saw a dozen or so houses, never was I pleased. We expanded our budget a couple times (as the reality of things set in for my husband and I), changed our search parameters several times and even changed our geographical location two, maybe three, maybe four times. With each email I sent, Greg promptly replied. With each house we viewed, he was honest and helped point out things that I wouldn't have known to look for. (This was especially helpful as my husband couldn't attend most viewings.) Greg always tried to point out why NOT to purchase a home which I found to be surprising. It was never about the sale for him; rather, he genuinely displayed his desire for us to find the right home over and over. Finally, we found the right home - what some consider to be the easy part. Now came the time coordination between selling ours and closing on the new, being able to use funds from the first for the latter, the negotiations, the hundred questions, etc, etc. Again, Greg showed extreme patience, mastery in his profession and was even able to recommend third parties as needed for things outside his area of expertise. We've been happily in our new home for just over two months at this point. I hope to not need Greg's services again any time soon but when we do, he'll be the first and only agent we call (assuming he'll put up with us again) and I absolutely recommend him to anybody looking to make a move in this market in one way or another.

The weekend we started looking at mobile homes to purchase we wanted to schedule a few showings at Holiday Acres Park in Allenstown.

Our contracted REALTOR® was away for the weekend and she handed her schedule over to Greg Powers. I left a message late on Friday about two sites we wanted to look at.
