This property is comprised of a one-bedroom loft-style unit, a 3-bedroom unit, and a center unit that needs significant renovation but which can provide a decent up-side depending on its use. See notes.

As you enter the Left unit you have a living room to the left with a slider out to a deck, and to the right there's a space that can serve as a mudroom or a small office space, above which soars the cathedral ceiling toward the loft.
The exposed beams add a rustic touch to this unit, and the deck overlooks a vast expanse of woods and streams, so you won't have to worry about neighbors (unless it's the chirping kind).

There's room for a good-sized table, and your tenants will love the laundry hook-ups right in the unit.

The large, south-facing window will keep the unit light and bright, and the stairs are open to a soaring cathedral ceiling.
Up in the loft you have plenty of space for an office or exercise area, plus a bedroom with a roomy bathroom and walk-in closet.

The right-hand, 3-bedroom unit has tenants who are not nearly as neat and tidy as the tenant in the 1-bedroom unit.

This unit has a large mudroom which, as you can see, can accommodate plenty of coats and boots as well as other items.

The mudroom leads directly into the kitchen, which runs along one wall and is open to the living room. (The laundry is in the closet behind the clock.)
...and just beyond the kitchen is a large full bathroom.
The living room is surprisingly spacious as well, with plenty of south-facing windows. The sunroom off one side is currently used as a dining room, but has also served as a guest room on occasion.

The front door has classic sidelights and transom window, and the curving staircase adds an interesting touch of style.

The first bedroom is especially large, and the current tenants use it as an office and gaming room.

Second bedroom
Third bedroom

The third unit comprises the L of the building. It has several rooms a little over 1,000 square feet of space. As noted, it needs significant repair and updating, but it offers some interesting potential for someone willing to do it.

This first room had been set up as a bathroom at some point. It is within the footprint of the left-hand loft unit and backs up to its kitchen, so one could open up that wall and expand the kitchen in the loft unit.
The second room is quite large, measuring appx. 27.5 x 11.5 feet, and is currently used by the tenant in the loft unit for his tools (he does excellent flooring and tile work). One option might be to add a second bedroom to the left unit from part of this space.

The next room in this section measures about 15.5 by 11.5 feet.

At the corner of the "L" there's another room with a non-functional furnace, with a hallway into the next barn space.

This barn room is the short part of the "L" (see photo below) and is the section that needs the most work, including some structural repairs. But it does have a kitchen and bathroom already set up).

The property is surrounded at the rear and west by privately-owned woods, and because that area includes significant wetlands it's not likely that anything will ever be built back there. The current tenants have created a little trail to a set of benches and fire pit along one of the streams, and although that is on the neighboring property, no one has ever bothered them or questioned it (in fact, the owner of this 2-family is also the owner of the abutting land).
This property is very close to Lake Massabessic and the Rockinhgham Rail Trail, which affords wonderful hiking, biking, and boating opportunites. Or, if you're so inclined, head the other direction on Candia Road and you'll be at Goldenrod's in less than a minute, where you can get some great chicken tenders and two scoops of Maple Walnut ice cream. And access to Route 101 and I-93 is just around the corner.
