FIRST FLOOR
The first-floor apartment is simplicity itself, consisting of a comfortable and well-lit living room, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and large and open bedroom. With the addition of a simple wall the bedroom area could easily be divided into a bedroom and dining room. The carpeting is new, but there are wood floors underneath that would need some attention if you wanted to bring them back to life.
The kitchen has plenty of space for a dining table, or set up a bistro table against the wall and get yourself a rolling butcher-block island for ease of food prep. The sense of space is enhanced by the two large windows looking out to the side yard, and just off the back of the kitchen there's additional storage and access to the basement.
The first-floor bathroom off the kitchen maintains the same theme of spaciousness you find throughout this unit.
SECOND FLOOR
Head up the outside stairs to the second floor apartment. If you thought the first floor was roomy, this unit is even more so, including as it does a sunroom and second bedroom.
The second floor main entry leads into the living room, back to the private main bedroom, or down the stairs to a shared laundry on the first floor (more on that later).
The main bedroom, off the entry hall, is separated from the rest of the apartment so it offers a nice degree of privacy. A double closet and built-ins provide a welcome amount of storage.
The main living space includes the same comfortable living room as the first floor, plus a separate dining room and relaxing sunroom.
